Rep. Mullin Appointed to 3 House Energy Subcommittees

Oklahoma U.S. Rep. Markwayne Mullin (R), recently appointed to the House Energy and Commerce Committee has learned what his subcommittee assignments will be in the new session of congress beginning in January.

He will serve on three subcommittees including the Subcommittee on Energy and Power. A second will be the Subcommittee on Commerce, Manufacturing and Trade. The third assignment will be to the Subcommittee on Oversight and Investigations.

“All three of these subcommittees handle issues that are deeply important to our district, like making energy affordable, addressing regulatory overreach, and ending government waste and abuse,” said Mullin in a newsletter to his constituents. “I will make sure our voice is heard on these and many other challenges.”
