Holly Energy Partners, L.P., the firm with oil refineries in Tulsa, Oklahoma has announced the appointment of Mark A. Plake as President of Holly Logistic Services, LLC effective Feb. 15, 2016.
He will resign as President of HLS on that same date but will continue to serve as Chief Executive Officer and a director of HLS and Executive Chairman of HollyFrontier Corporation.
He previously was Vice President of Holly Asphalt, Special Projects and Human Resources and Government Affairs. He was also Vice President of Marketing of HFC since April 2011.
Based in Dallas, Texas, HollyFrontier also maintains the El Dorado Refinery in Kansas, one in Artesia, New Mexico, another in Cheyenne, Wyoming and a refinery in Woods Cross, Utah.
