A federal judge has blocked a plan to drill 35 fracked gas wells across 30,000 of federal Forest Service Land near Gunnison, Colorado.
It’s a victory for environmental groups who sued the government and accused it of failing to take climate change into account in approving the new drilling reported The Colorado Sun.
