At least one writer has some misgivings about Kansas winning the race with Oklahoma to land a $4 billion electric vehicle battery-manufacturing plant.
Writing in the Wichita Eagle, Dion Lefler suggested what it cost taxpayers of Kansas to land the plant might not be worth the financial effort.
