New chair named to run Arkansas Public Service Commission

Katie Anderson to Replace Ted Thomas as Arkansas PSC Chair

The governor of Arkansas has appointed an administrative law judge to take over as chair of the Arkansas Public Service Commission, replacing Ted Thomas who is retiring.
