Maybe it’s more than a bump in the road for Enbridge Inc. and its plans for a $1.2 billion solar farm development near Cheyenne, Wyoming. Maybe it’s the road itself.
As OK Energy Today has reported previously, the company had planned to construct the farm on private land and provide electricity to a Meta Platforms Inc. enterprise data center.
However, the company cannot come to terms with Laramie County officials over who will pay for a count-maintained road that will lead to the farm.
