The four daughters of the late Fort Smith, Arkansas businessman H.C. “Dude” Crain Jr. have taken their stepmother to federal court, objecting to the way she is running Airport Transportation Co. of Bentonville.
They have accused Shirley Crain of breaching her fiduciary duty in the operation of the company and has not opened the books to the company to them. They further say Crain ordered the company not to issue profits to the daughters.
