Two new members named to OERB Board of Directors

The Oklahoma Energy Resources Board (OERB) announced the appointment of two new members to its board of directors.

Lindsey Miles is the Vice President of Land and Regulatory at Devon Energy. She oversees more than two million net acres within the most prolific oil and natural gas plays in the United States.

“I am thrilled to join the OERB board and collaborate with such an impressive group of professionals,” said Miles. “I look forward to contributing to the important work of supporting our communities through advancing education and environmental restoration.”

Miles holds a master’s degree in energy management from Oklahoma City University and is an alumna of the University of Central Oklahoma.

Max Gagliardi, Chief Commercial Officer of AEGIS Physical, has a wealth of experience from his previous roles at Ancova Energy, Chesapeake Energy, American Energy Partners, and Williams Midstream.

“I am honored to join the Oklahoma Energy Resources Board in its vital mission of promoting industry innovation and environmental stewardship within Oklahoma’s energy sector,” said Gagliardi. “I am excited to contribute to the development of responsible energy practices that benefit our state’s economy and help ensure that Oklahoma remains a leader in energy production for future generations to come.”

Gagliardi earned both his BS and MBA from Oklahoma State University.

The OERB is governed by a 21-member board of directors and funded by the more than 2,500 producers and thousands of royalty owners across Oklahoma through a voluntary assessment. The mission is centered around a simple idea: empowering unlimited opportunity for all Oklahomans. We are committed to the well-being and prosperity of all.
