Investors in Tulsa-based Helmerich & Payne will learn third quarter earnings results later in the month.
The company announced it will release the fiscal third quarter 2024 earnings report and hold a conference call on Thursday, July 25 at 10 a.m. central time.
President and CEO John Lindsay will be joined by Senior Vice President and CFO, Mark Smith and Vice President of Investor Relations, Dave Wilson.
Investors may listen to the conference call either by phone or audio webcast.
Helmerich & Payne recorded second quarter net income in April of $85 million or 84 cents a sharedown from $95 million for the previous quarter.
The seccond quarter income was based on operating revenues of $688 compared to $677 million in operating revenue for the quarter that ended Dec. 31, 2023.
It also exited the quarter with 152 active rigs and daily average revenue of $38,200. The company managed to return nearly $46 million of capital to shareholders during the quarter.
