A Louisiana Judge’s ruling that suspended President Biden’s freeze on LNG exports certainly drew a positive response from some in the Texas energy industry.
Judge James Cain Jr. of the Western District of Louisiana issued the injunction against the Energy Department’s LNG export ban in a suit filed by a number of states, including Oklahoma.
The judge called the Biden administration ban “completely without reason or logic and is perhaps the epiphany of ideocracy”
The Center Square reported the suit claimed the White House ban was not only unconstitutional but a political ploy in an election year.
