Landowners and others wanting restrictions on the use of eminent domain for carbon pipelines were left angry on Friday when the Iowa Senate adjourned without taking any action on their calls.
The Iowa Capital Dispatch reported it’s about opposition to the several-state plan by Summit Carbon Solutions to create a carbon capture pipeline.
