Canadian oil and gas pipeline giant Enbridge just expanded its solar farm projects with one in Texas.
The company’s Orange Grove Solar project in Jim Wells County of far south Texas is provind up to 130 megawatts of clean electricity to ERCOT, the state’s electrical grid. It’s enough to power about 24,000 homes.
The solar farm is comprised of nearly 300,000 solar panels covering 920 acres.
