A Monday morning hearing on the Public Service Company of Oklahoma request to consider financing of large load projects that it anticipates, was delayed until Tuesday morning.
Administrative Law Judge Kenneth B. Behrens heard some presentations regarding the PSO proposed settlement before continuing the hearing until 8:30 a.m., June 30.
PSO filed a proposed stipulation agreement and also a settlement agreement over the weekend on the initial $597 million request. The filing identified some of the groups that supported the agreement.
Another new filing was also made in the case by Rep. Tom Gann and it reflected his latest challenge with the Oklahoma Supreme Court.
