Houston’s Plains All American Pipeline, L.P., a firm with large operations throughout Oklahoma and the southwest has added a new member to its Board of Directors.
Alexandra Pruner was appointed as an independent member of the Board and the Audit Committee. The 56-year old Pruner served as Partner and Chief financial Officer of Perella Winberg Partners from December 2016 through November of this year.
She previously was CFO and a member of the Management Committee of Tudor, Pickering, Holt and Company from 2007 until its combination with Perella Weinberg in 2016.
