4Q earnings report coming next month from Phillips 66

Phillips 66 plans to release its fourth-quarter 2018 earnings report next month.

The Houston company said it will hold a conference call webcast at 11 a.m. Oklahoma time on Friday, Feb. 8 to discuss the results released earlier in the day.
