ONEOK has made a filing with the SEC in apparent preparation for an offering of notes.
The filing is incomplete and does not include information detailing how many of the notes would be involved. It only states that the corporation is “offering $ aggregated principal amount of our % notes due 2029.
But it intends to offer new 5.20% notes due 2048.
