ONEOK says it expects to have $1.97 billion in net proceeds off a $2 billion offering of various notes due in the coming years.
The Tulsa-based company made another filing Wednesday with the Securities Exchange Commission. In it, the company said it will use the $1.97 billion in net proceeds to redeem in full ONEOK Partners’ $300 million in 3.80% Senior Notes due 2020.
Earlier in the week, ONEOK made another filing with the SEC about its $2 billion in offering of notes.
The offering includes $500,000,000 in 2.75% notes due 2024; $750,000,000 in 3.40% notes due 2029 and $750,000,000 in 4.45% notes due 2049.
