ConocoPhillips plans to release its fourth-quarter 2019 financial and operating results on Feb. 4, 2020.
The Houston-based company said the results will be made available before the market opens on that day. Company leadership will follow up with a conference call webcast on the same day at 11 a.m. central time.
The company’s third-quarter 2019 earnings were $3.1 billion or $2.74 a share, a big increase over the $1.9 billion and $1.59 a share reported for the third quarter of 2018.
Excluding special items, third-quarter 2019 adjusted earnings were $0.9 billion, or $0.82 per share, compared with third-quarter 2018 adjusted earnings of $1.6 billion, or $1.36 per share.
The company’s operating activities generated $2.3 billion in cash.
