The company behind plans to create a more than 1,300 megawatt solar operation in the Four Corners area of New Mexico and Colorado contends it is making progress on the project.
Photosol US is a subsidiary of a leader solar provider based in Friday and its leaders say they are making advancements for their Four Corners Solar Center.
