Kansas City Southern, the railway with a 100-mile stretch of line in Eastern Oklahoma finds itself the target of a bidding war as Canadian National railway is making a $33.7 billion cash-and-stock offer for the railway.
The bid is more than Canadian Pacific’s $25 billion cash-and-stock proposal made last month reported the Associated Press.
The line extends through Heavener and Poteau and western Arkansas.
