Tired of the hundreds of trucks that pass by their rural homes enroute to a sand mining and frack sand operation, two women near Texarkana, Arkansas have gone to court.
The two Doddrige residents sued 29 trucking and other companies doing business at the River Ridge Sand Flat owned by Performance Proppants reported the Arkansas Democrat Gazette.
