Williams plans to announce its first-quarter 2021 financial results on Monday, May 3 after the close of markets.
The company will hold a conference call and webcast with analysts and investors on the next day, Tuesday, May 4 at 8:30 a.m. Central Time.
Williams is coming off an all-time record results in 2020 with net income of $208 million or 17 cents per diluted share. It had $3.4 billion in cash flow from operations, down $200 million from 2019.
Adjusted EBITDA was $5.105 billion, an increase of $90 million or 2% from the previous year.
