Ohio-based American Electric Power, the parent company of Public Service Company of Oklahoma and a number of other state utilities is not a supporter of President Biden’s signature climate policy, the Clean Electricity Performance Program.
AEP is pushing to remove the penalties in the policy that has a goal of 80% of America’s power to come from carbon-free sources in 9 years reported E&E News.
