After making the major acquisition of Royal Dutch Shell’s Permian Basin assets, ConocoPhillips prepares to release its third-quarter 2021 financial and operating results in early November.
The company announced it will hold a conference call webcast on Tuesday, Nov. 2 at 11 a.m. Central Time to discuss the results. The company plans to release the report before the market opens on Nov. 2.
In August, ConcoPhillips reported second-quarter earnings of $2.1 billion or $1.55 a share. It compared with second-quarter 2020 earnings of $0.3 billion or 24 cents a share.
Excluding special items, second-quarter 2021 adjusted earnings were $1.7 billion, or $1.27 per share, compared with a second-quarter 2020 adjusted loss of $1.0 billion, or ($0.92) per share.
