The grid operator in Texas, ERCOT issued a warning about this week’s cold weather front and how it might result in near record-setting levels of electric demand in the state.
The Electric Reliability Council of Texas did so, not in the form of a warning but rather a notice to government agencies that it was putting into effect “aggressive grid management plan.”
