A report by The Frontier indicates the state of Oklahoma is committing $15 million to EV manufacturer Canoo in its construction of its new plant near Pryor.
The website says the commitment is part of a nearly $300 million incentive package to attract thousands of new tech and manufacturing jobs to the state.
