A ONEOK subsidiary, Saguaro Connector Pipeline LLC, wants to build a pipeline to transport natural gas from the Permian Basin to Mexico.
The company submitted an application last month with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission to cross the border in Hudspeth County, Texas. The county is in the far western reaches of the state reported the Big Bend Sentinel.
