Devon Energy’s top man, Richard Muncrief, President and Chief Executive Officer, just picked up another 10,000 shares in the company.
A Form 4 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission showed his acquisition of the company shares, each valued at $53.28. It figures out to be $532,800 in value for Muncrief.
It also means he now owns 1,973,977 shares in the Oklahoma City oil and gas firm.
