Regulators to meet Thursday for rulemaking changes

Oklahoma Corporation Commissioners meet this week to handle a number of permanent rulemaking changes.

At least 8 such proposed changes are on the agenda for Thursday’s meeting that will begin at 1:30 p.m. Some concern fuel inspection while others focus on underground storage tanks, aboveground storage tanks, indemnity fund and Corrective Action of Petroleum Storage Tank Releases.
