ONEOK, Inc. has set its annual meeting date for May 21 of this year.
The Tulsa-based company announced it will be “a virtual meeting only” and will begin at 9 a.m. Central Time. The meeting wil be accessible through a live webcast.
The record day for determining shareholder entitled to receive notice of the meeting and to vote is March 24, 2025.
